Today

How often are we looking back on yesterday or looking forward to tomorrow? Always planning, assessing and obsessing on what we have to do, what we have done and what we SHOULD have done. I ask you for the next week to focus solely on TODAY.

Each morning you wake up think about what is on your agenda only for today. As you do this, I know you will start to appreciate the moments of the day more. You will notice that the day seems to flow better and you will be more peaceful.
