Life Coaching – My coaching methodology is focused on being a guide for you. I work closely with you to increase your self awareness and find practical ways to address transitions or challenges in your life and reach your goals.

Energy Healing – I use a combination of modalities to provide nurturing healing for your energy. This is great no matter what is going on in your life. It has a profound impact in helping to calm an overactive nervous system caused from the chaos of life. 

Card Reading – I began reading cards when I was called to use them as a divination tool many years ago. I love the validation and insights the cards provide. If you have a question about something going on in your life, setting an intention for clarity will help to bring the messages from the divine that you need to see. 

Readings will use a combination of traditional tarot and oracle cards. Another tool I have begun to use is the Russian Gypsy Fortune Telling cards, which is a great option for online readings.
